Welcome to Maurice Patterson Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, coaching services, and any related materials provided by Maurice Patterson. By accessing our site or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Maurice Patterson Coaching provides professional coaching and consulting services designed to support personal, professional, and business growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
Our goal is to help you gain clarity, make confident decisions, and move toward your goals through structured conversations and accountability.

2. Services

All coaching services — including Clarity Sessions, the Clarity Accelerator, and Transformational Coaching — are delivered virtually unless otherwise specified.
Each service description outlines what is included, such as session duration, timeline, and support resources.
You agree to participate actively and responsibly in all coaching activities.

3. Payments

Payment for all services is required prior to the start of your session or program.
We accept payments through Wix, Stripe, or other secure payment platforms as specified on our website.

  • Single Sessions and Packages: Payment is due in full at booking.

  • Membership or Ongoing Coaching Plans: Payments are billed automatically according to your chosen plan (e.g., monthly).

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

We aim to provide a professional and flexible experience. However, because coaching is a time-based, service-oriented relationship, the following applies:

  • Clarity Sessions: May be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. No refunds are provided for missed or last-minute cancellations.

  • Clarity Accelerator and Transformational Coaching: Refunds are not offered after program access has begun. You may request to pause or reschedule sessions if unexpected circumstances arise, at the coach’s discretion.

By booking, you acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process requiring your active participation, and results are dependent on your commitment and follow-through.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own progress and decisions.
Coaching is a partnership designed to support your personal and professional growth, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
You agree to come prepared for sessions, complete any assigned work, and communicate honestly with your coach.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
We may use anonymized data for business analysis or improvement without identifying individual clients.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, templates, and resources provided during coaching are the intellectual property of Maurice Patterson Coaching.
These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without written consent.

8. Scheduling and Communication

All coaching sessions must be scheduled using the booking system provided.
Communication between sessions is available via the methods stated in your package (email or private messaging platform).
We respond to communication within standard business hours (Monday–Friday).

9. Limitation of Liability

Maurice Patterson Coaching is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may result from the use of our services or website.
You acknowledge that coaching outcomes are not guaranteed and that you are solely responsible for your own choices and actions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a coaching agreement if:

  • A client repeatedly cancels or misses sessions,

  • A client engages in disrespectful or inappropriate conduct,

  • Payment terms are violated.

In such cases, unused sessions may be forfeited at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or policies.
The latest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
