Role Summary: We are looking for a high-level Manager to oversee our "Virtual Front Desk." This role is the heart of our ecosystem. You won’t just be managing an inbox; you will be the gatekeeper of clarity, ensuring that every visitor—whether a free member or a high-level client—is routed to the exact resource they need to complete their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Virtual Hospitality: Manage the intake flow for new members and screen needs through initial 20-minute calls.
System Routing: Train and manage future VAs to ensure the "Front Desk" scales without constant CEO intervention.
Administrative Oversight: Handle essential business loops, including coordinating with service providers (e.g., drivers, logistics) and ensuring invoices are processed and communicated.
SOP Development: Turn daily workflows into a "Front Desk SOP" that becomes a signature asset of the company.
Ideal Candidate: Someone who speaks "Friend-language" (hospitality-focused) but thinks in systems.
